Yunniao Distribution, which operates an mobile enabled platform for dispatching trucks and meeting fulfillment and transportation demands, announced today that it had raised $100 million in Series C financing.  The round was led by Warburg Pincus, with participation from Sequoia Capital China, Matrix Partners China, and GSR Ventures.
CEC Capital (formerly China e Capital) acted as the exclusive financial adviser to Yunniao in this transaction.
