ET Healthcare, an advanced in-vitro diagnostic technology company, announced today that it had completed a new round of financing, led by Qiming Venture Partners and Masion Capital with participation from the compan's existing shareholders Legend Capital and Matrix Partners.
CEC Capital served as the exclusive financial adviser to ET Healthcare in this transaction.  A co-investment fund managed by CEC Capital also participated in this round.
