ALOG Ltd., a leading operator of e-commerce warehouses and distribution centers in China, announced today that it had completed Series C financing. The round was led by Welkin Capital, with participation by CEC Capital and BORI Capital.  ALOG is the largest warehouse operator for the Tmall of Alibaba, China's Internet behemoth.
CEC Capital served as the exclusive financial advisor to ALOG in the transaction.
