Youhug Media, a leading TV-and-web series production company in China, has completed a multi-hundred-million RMB in a Series B capital raise.   The round was led by Yunfeng Capital, with participation by Tencent, Qianyuan Capital, Far East Horizon, Real Power Capital and Shenzhen Guozhong Venture Capital.

CEC Capital served as the exclusive financial advisor to Youhug Media in the transaction.
