HYGEIA (6078.HK) announced the acquisition of a 98% stake in Suzhou Yongding Hospital for a transaction size of RMB 1.7 billion. With this acquisition, Ascendent Capital, the controlling shareholder of Yongding Hospital, has completely divested its ownership in the hospital. After the closing of the acquisition, HYGEIA will fully integrate its subsidiary hospitals, with a focus on strengthening Yongding Hospital's oncology specialty to enhance the core value of the group. Additionally, leveraging Yongding Hospital's regional advantages, HYGEIA aims to strengthen its market position in the East China region and expand its nationwide hospital network.
